Please reference your name, class, and date of the class with your payment. A confirmation email will be sent unless other arrangements have been made.
**Money orders must be filled out before class starts.**
We are not accepting cash or electronic payments at this time.
**Effective immediately, customers with outstanding invoices exceeding 60 days will be required to settle their balance in full before enrolling in or attending any future classes. Future classes will have to be paid in advance of the class date. The class will be canceled if payment is not received by the day before the scheduled class.**

Cancellation of a class by GUTA
"Each safety class requires a minimum of three registered participants in order to be held. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be canceled. All registered individuals will receive an email notification, sent to the address provided during registration, no later than the day before the scheduled class. Please check the Quick View schedule for upcoming class dates and availability."
Facility Rental
