Payment / Refund Policy

 

Make all checks and PO# to the Georgia Utility Training Academy, GA HWY 83  Monroe, GA. 30655

Please reference your name, class, and date of the class with your payment.  A confirmation email will be sent unless other arrangements have been made.

If you are paying with cash, please bring the correct amount.  We cannot make change.  Money orders must be filled out.

We are not accepting cash or electronic payments at this time.


**Effective immediately, customers with outstanding invoices exceeding 60 days will be required to settle their balance in full before enrolling in or attending any future classes.  Future classes will have to be paid in advance of the class date.  The class will be canceled if payment is not received by the day before the scheduled class.**

Cancellation of a class by GUTA

Each class must have at least three registrations to be conducted. If a scheduled class does not have three registrations, those who have registered will be notified the day before by the email address on the registration that the class has been canceled due to a lack of registrations.

 


 

Facility Rental

A cancellation request must be emailed to Jimmy Davis two weeks before the scheduled event date in the rental agreement.
