Payment / Refund Policy
Payment must be made 14 days in advance of the class date. In less than 14 days prior to the class, you must call to check for seat availability.
After registering for your class, please make all checks and PO# out to the Georgia Utility Training Academy, GA HWY 83 Monroe GA. 30655
Please reference your name, class, and date of the class with your payment. A confirmation email will be sent automatically unless other arrangements have been made.
If your organization is a member of our OQ Compliance and Training Services, call our office concerning class registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
YOU MUST CANCEL BY PHONE OR EMAIL NO LESS THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE COURSE
DATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS.
If you have paid by credit card the refund will be less Cvent fees.
A SUBSTITUTE MAY
ATTEND THE REGISTERED COURSE IN YOUR PLACE
